About XSite (Itasca)
XSite is Itasca’s three-dimensional hydraulic fracturing simulation software, based on the Synthetic Rock Mass (SRM) and Lattice methods. It is used for modeling fracture propagation in naturally fractured reservoirs, proppant transport, and induced microseismicity, with applications in unconventional oil & gas, geothermal systems, and mining .
