Version Independent Dynamic Models (VINDP): Dynamic UDM DLLs created with PSS®E 36 can be used in all future PSS®E versions without recompilation

Integrated Model Converter: Automatically upgrades existing dynamic model source code to the new VINDP format

Python 3.11 (64-bit): PSS®E 36 defaults to Python 3.11; wxPython is no longer required

CONEC/CONET Removed: These model types are no longer supported and must be converted to CCT types
