ArtemiS SUITE 18: Sound & Vibration Analysis Platform
ArtemiS SUITE 17 is the latest major release of HEAD acoustics’ modular software platform for sound and vibration analysis, used across industries in NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) analysis for product development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Key New Features in Version 18
Transfer Path Analysis (TPA) Enhancements
ArtemiS SUITE 17 introduces two key technologies for greater efficiency and precision in Transfer Path Analysis:
-
Blocked Forces (ISO 20270): Characterizes vibroacoustic sources independently of installation conditions, enabling source description to be applied to almost any target system. ArtemiS SUITE supports the entire process from interactive 3D measurement planning to standard-compliant determination and evaluation using the Interface Completeness Criterium Plus (ICC+).
-
Virtual Point Transformation (VPT) (ASP 601): Enables estimation of forces, moments, and translational/rotational accelerations for points that traditional methods cannot measure. VPT streamlines creation of hybrid models by linking physical measurement data with numerical simulation models.
Automated Comparison Report Tool (APR 021)
New tool enables automatic comparison of multiple measurement datasets and analysis results across different development stages or when benchmarking competitor data. Users can reuse existing report templates to quickly create consistent, format-flexible evaluations.
New Fluctuation Strength Standard (ASP 103/104)
Adds newly released ECMA standard 418-2 (4th) for fluctuation strength, complementing existing evaluations of tonality, roughness, and loudness according to the Sottek hearing model.
