LedaFlow is a software product from Kongsberg Gruppen designed for simulating multiphase unstable fluids, offering a range of features to enhance users’ analytical and decision-making capabilities during design and operation processes. For example, LedaFlow uses simulated Herschel-Bulkley rheology to model non-Newtonian behavior in cleaning operations.

Other features (such as makeup flow) also allow you to calculate thermal margin. With this software, you can visualize 3D animations and animations of fluid movement in pipelines (even those with ring structures, etc.). Users can use the software to create realistic pipelines based on geometric diagrams and various terrain features. Using the profile tool, you can easily create smooth guidance platforms, thereby ultimately accelerating overall computational speed.

The program makes the modeling process more transparent and calculates the mass, energy, and motion of fluids in water, oil, and gas, thereby improving the accuracy of sensitive simulations and simultaneous operations, which helps us better understand the behavior of liquids in the required structures.

LedaFlow calculates and solves the mass balance equations for all nine fields (natural gas, oil, and water in both continuous and discrete structures). The design and operation of successful production systems require a detailed understanding of multiphase fluid behavior. The software is widely used in multiphase fluid simulation to achieve higher accuracy and transparency.

LedaFlow provides precise calculations to optimize pipeline functionality, such as fluid management, fluid sizing and routing, thermal design, emergency planning, etc. Predefined data can be used to evaluate our pipeline structures in various scenarios. With its numerous features, the software will expand the product market and establish a sustainable balance between product R&D and commercialization.

LEDAFLOW ENGINEERING 1D: LedaFlow Engineering 1D is an independent engineering tool for transient multiphase flow simulation studies of oil, water, and gas in wells and pipelines. It is a comprehensive simulator used by flow assurance, process, production, and reservoir engineers throughout the project lifecycle to address challenges related to gas/liquid, thermal, solid, and integrity aspects. The ability to simulate transient or time-dependent behavior enables a better understanding of the operability of production systems, ensuring successful design and maximizing production from existing operations.

LEDAFLOW POINT Model: The LedaFlow Point Model is a steady-state plug-in solution for a single location in a well or flowline. This mechanical model is used to provide initial conditions for transient multiphase flow modeling and make it available to third parties, including their steady-state simulation software.
